As a way to give back to our community, we provide low cost engineering & design services to orphanages, churches, homeless shelters, recovery centers, family services and the like. In addition to providing our list of engineering & design services we also assist non-profit organizations to evaluate their financing options, provide guidance in their fundraising campaigns, and connect them to a network of resources to help make their vision a reality.

We periodically contribute personal time to non-profit improvement projects which helps us understand and appreciate the unique challenges non-profits face in fulfilling their mission to help.

The Summit Church project is located along Ben Hill Griffin Parkway in Fort Myers in unincorporated Lee County. The project includes a 12,000 SF church building and associated site improvements in approximately 9 acres. Boral Engineering, Inc. (Non-Profits Division) is responsible for the design, engineering and permitting for the project to include: Lee County, Lee County Utilities and South Florida Water Management District. The new church sanctuary building allows for 515 seats available for church services, accommodating for the growing congregation size.

The First Haitian Alliance Church is located along County Barn Road in South Naples. The project consists of a 5,500 SF church building and associated paving, drainage and utility infrastructure. Boral Engineering, Inc. (Non-Profits Division) is responsible for the rezoning of the property to allow a church use as well as the design, engineering and permitting for the project to include: Collier County and South Florida Water Management District. The new church sanctuary building allows for close to 300 seats as well as classrooms and offices.
The Gunnery Road Church addition project is located along North Gunnery Road in Lehigh Acres in unincorporated Lee County. The project includes a 5,950 SF church building and associated paving, drainage and utility infrastructure in approximately 5 acres. Boral Engineering, Inc. (Non-Profits Division) is responsible for the design, engineering and permitting for the project to include: Lee County and the Lehigh Acres Architectural, Planning & Zoning Review Board. The new church sanctuary building allows for 230 seats available for church services, accommodating for the growing congregation size.

The Cornerstone Baptist Church project is located off Immokalee Road in Naples. The project consists of a new 12,000 SF church building and associated paving, drainage and utility infrastructure in approximately 5 acres. The project also includes the extension of 2,000 LF of access road. Boral Engineering, Inc. (Non-Profits Division) is responsible for the design, engineering and permitting for the project to include: Collier County and and the South Florida Water Management District. The new building will allow the church to continue growing and reaching the community in North Naples.

The First Baptist of Lehigh project is located along Connecticut Road in Lehigh Acres in unincorporated Lee County. First Baptist owns property on Lee Blvd. as well as Connecticut Rd., with the two properties being separated by a canal. The project will develop the property on Connecticut Rd., adding an covered outdoor gathering area, recreational facilities, additional parking, as well as adding a vehicular bridge that connects the two properties. Boral Engineering, Inc. (Non-Profits Division) is responsible for the design and permitting Special Exception for Church Uses on with the Lee County Zoning Department.

Grow Church Estates is located along Immokalee Rd, Naples, features a proposed metal building of up to 23,000 sf designed to accommodate up to 600 seats. Boral Engineering Inc. is responsible for managing the Conditional Use Process through the GMCD with Collier County, which later will go into the Site Development Permit process. The team is in charge of designing the utility systems, including well infrastructure for fire, water and sewer demand; as well as completing key engineering tasks such as traffic analysis, cost estimation, lighting design, and drainage. Coordination was also carried out with environmental engineers to identify and evaluate potential wetland areas, ensuring a well-informed and compliant development approach.

Hope City Church is a state-of-the-art establishment positioned on 18.26 acres, designed to accommodate 1,800 seats and provide 656 parking spaces. Our team collaborated closely with the Bonita Springs Community Development Department to ensure successful permitting and regulatory compliance with this project. Our scope of work encompassed the development of sewer, water, irrigation, and stormwater management, as well as the design of parking lots and vehicular access. Additionally, we conducted nutrient loading calculations, erosion control measures, construction cut & fill analysis and provided detailed construction and maintenance cost estimates.
