Andres Boral offers experience in the design, analysis, permitting and review of land development projects in the State of Florida that include commercial. residential and industrial sites. He has experience designing water, sewer, and storm water management systems, developing plans and engineering reports, permitting with several governmental agencies, construction observation and project certifications. He also has experience in due diligence and feasibility studies for potential projects as well as contract procurement and administration. Andres Boral holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida.
Project Manager / Traffic Engineering
Matt began his career 20 years ago in land development and has experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal design. He began his engineering design career working on large residential projects. His experiences give way to a streamlined approach to obtaining an ultimate design our clients and sub-consultants can be proud to present. Matt has extensive experience in transportation engineering including the preparation of traffic impact studies for different land uses and access configurations. Matt's familiarity with the latest Institute of Traffic Engineers manual allows him to recommend and prepare project specific traffic analyses that reduce roadway improvement costs. Most importantly, Matt has developed relationships with regulatory agency reviewers and is familiar with the required methodologies for traffic impact studies. In 2011 Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, he still plays golf with the Chair of Engineering. Matt currently plans to take the P.E. Exam in April 2020 to obtain a professional license.
Project Engineer / Drainage Designer
Javier Boral has experience in civil engineering design, planning, permitting and cost estimating. He offers a unique ability to create innovative design solutions to challenging project constraints due to his familiarity with the different regulatory agency requirements. As the firm’s single-family drainage designer, he has completed over a hundred single family storm water management systems in SWFL. He has also built professional relationships with various permitting agency reviewers in the region. Javier Boral blends the company’s vow to strive for excellence with his personal commitment to exceed our client’s expectations in a way that helps inspire other professionals with a passion for land development. Javier Boral is a registered member of the Institute of Traffic Engineers and a registered member of the Lee County Building Industry Association.
Project Manager / Business Development
As a graduate of the Civil Engineering program at Florida Gulf Coast University, with experience in site engineering, business development, and vertical construction, Canon Sandora leads the Non-Profits Division at Boral Engineering & Design. He enjoys utilizing his analytical ability, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to partner with local churches and non-profit organizations on the mission of serving the community by extending the gospel and helping those in need. Canon Sandora is a licensed Engineer Intern with the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
Dale Slabaugh is a registered Landscape Architect, and a premier landscape and hardscape design professional who has been creating vibrant, distinctive, and lasting landscape environments in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas for over 30 years. His experience includes projects of every size in residential and commercial land development. Dale has been involved in a variety of notable landscape architecture projects during his career.
Site Lighting Designer
Steve Vacchiano is a lighting expert and a source for knowledge for lighting solutions. He is very familiar with each of the county's code requirements throughout the State of Florida. His expertise brings value to every project. Steve is very familiar with exterior lighting lines of many lighting manufactures. He prepares photometric studies for small and large projects including residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects.
The State of Florida Statues, Chapter 471, requires companies offering engineering services to satisfy specific requirements. The Florida Board of Professional Engineers has authorized Boral Engineering & Design, Inc. to offer engineering services throughout the 67 counties in the State of Florida. In accordance with Chapter 471, Boral Engineering & Design has received the required certificate of authorization.
