He has experience designing water, sewer, and storm water management systems, developing plans and engineering reports, permitting with several governmental agencies, construction observation and project certifications. He also has experience in due diligence and feasibility studies for potential projects as well as contract procurement and administration. Andres Boral holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida. Andres Boral is the recipient of the 2016 Gulfshore Business 40 under 40 award, the 2017 Florida Gulf Coast University Soaring Eagle Award and the 2022 Business Observer 40 under 40 award.
Vice President of Land Development

Gabriel Mejia has experience in civil engineering design, planning, and permitting. Over the last few years, Gabriel has been responsible for designing the storm water management systems for many new construction homes throughout Southwest Florida. He also has experience developing plans and engineering reports, along with permitting with several governmental agencies. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers. Gabriel enjoys playing and following soccer, listening to live music, playing video games, and traveling with his wife.
Director of Engineering

Matt has extensive experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal design. He began his career 20-years ago in the field as a land surveyor achieving the title of Junior Party Chief before moving into a posh office doing survey drafting. He began his engineering design career working on large residential projects. His experiences give way to a streamlined approach to obtaining an ultimate design our clients and subconsultants can be proud to present. In 2011 Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, he still plays golf with the Chair of engineering. Matt is a registered professional engineering in the State of Florida.
Landscape Architect

Andrea Douglas has been in the landscape architecture profession for 18 years. She graduated with a degree in landscape architecture from the University of California, Davis in 2007. She obtained her professional licensing in the state of Florida in 2009. Andrea has overseen project management, project design, computer graphics/design and construction documents. Her thoroughness, attention to detail and dedication is shown in her work through the entirety of each project. Andrea is committed to learning new methods, staying current with construction standards, creating innovative designs to give a competitive, complete, and knowledgeable edge to projects.
Financial Controller
Adrienn Boral is responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of our company’s financial operations. She manages the daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial processes. She prepares and publishes financial statements that provide clear insight into our performance, supporting strategic decision-making. A key part of her role involves developing and managing budgets, project costing, forecasting revenue, and analyzing variances to help guide the company’s financial direction and management. Compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements is a priority, and she ensures that we consistently meet these obligations. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and her Master’s Degree in Finance at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
Project Manager
Julia Vasilevitsky is a dedicated Project Engineer, with a strong foundation in infrastructure development, always guided by a focus on safety, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Julia earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering following in the footsteps of her father. She gained field experience in construction, residential and commercial, including large civil projects involving water distribution systems, sanitary and storm sewer networks. Julia offers experience in project design, estimating and permitting with local agencies. Julia is passionate about transforming vision into reality through clear communication, efficient project coordination, and a commitment to engineering excellence. Her deep passion for land development has grown from a professional interest into a personal mission: to help shape communities with smart, sustainable engineering. Outside of her profession, Julia enjoys gardening and exploring new places with her family.
Director of Operations
Javier Boral has experience in civil engineering design, planning, permitting and cost estimating. He offers a unique ability to create innovative design solutions to challenging project constraints due to his familiarity with the different regulatory agency requirements. Javier has completed over a hundred single family storm water management systems in SWFL. He has also built professional relationships with various permitting agency reviewers in the region. Javier Boral blends the company’s vow to strive for excellence with his personal commitment to exceed our client’s expectations in a way that helps inspire other professionals with a passion for land development. Javier Boral is a registered member of the Institute of Traffic Engineers and a registered member of the Lee County Building Industry Association.
Project Manager
Hugo holds an Associate of Science in Construction Technology and Architectural Design from
Florida SouthWestern State College. He began his engineering career in land surveying, which sparked his interest in land development and design, ultimately leading him into civil engineering. Hugo is proficient in preparing residential drainage plans and engineering reports, and has valuable experience working with multiple municipalities on residential, commercial, and industrial development projects.

Adriana is a highly experienced drafter with a strong background in land development, she has contributed to a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects, supporting in plan preparation, utility layouts, and permitting documentation. Adriana is proficient in AutoCAD and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring plans are accurate and compliant with local standards. Adriana is known

Pump Station Designer
Joshua Berry has 25 years of experience with lift stations, pumps, and controls. His experience includes service, maintenance and repairs on pump stations and controls along with specialized septic system pumps and controls and operation. Joshua Berry specializes in lift stations and is involved in their design from start to finish, pump selection and installation.
Project Engineer
Diego has over 20 years of experience in design and drafting of architectural and engineering projects throughout the State of Florida. Diego has worked on both residential and commercial projects of different sizes and complexities and has vast knowledge of construction methods and a deep understanding of the diverse techniques and practices used in construction.

Mario is passionate about civil engineering and has several years of experience in the construction world, including managing logistics for both residential and commercial projects. He is proficient in CAD software and enjoys finding efficient solutions in every project. Mario holds an A.S. in Civil Engineering and an A.S. in Architectural Design and is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Florida Gulf Coast University. During his free time he loves spending time on the water with his boat, Spending time with his family, and traveling.
