DIRECTOR OF STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and PE / SE license preferred
- 4+ years of Florida structural engineering experience
- Software skills in AutoCAD, RISA or similar, Office
- Proficient in structural design software and Building Information Modeling
- Ability to manage the technical aspects of structural projects, including analysis, modeling, and final deliverables for new construction or renovation
DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
- B.S. degree in Architecture and AIA license preferred
- 4+ years of Florida residential design experience
- Software skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Office
- Proficient in 3D modeling/rendering and strong knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to oversee technical documentation, detailed drawings, and quality control processes to ensure adherence to brand and company standards
DIRECTOR OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
- B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture and LA License preferred
- 4+ years of Florida land development experience
- Software skills in AutoCAD, Adobe, Office
- Strong knowledge of plants, ecology, and construction methods
- Experienced in implementing sustainable practices and utilizing native plants
- Ability to prepare code minimum and enhanced landscape plans for residential and commercial projects
CIVIL PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Certification preferred
- 2+ years of Florida land development experience
- Software skills in AutoCAD, ICPR, Cascades, WaterCAD, StormCAD, Office
- Highly motivated to progress in career path with a growing firm
- Written and oral communication skills, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments and effective time management skills
