• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Engineering Certification preferred
• 2+ years of Florida land development experience
• Software skills in AutoCAD, ICPR, Cascades, WaterCAD, StormCAD, Office 
• Highly motivated to progress in career path with a growing firm
• Written and oral communication skills, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple project assignments and effective time management skills
