Naples, FL. January 4th, 2021

 Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed another residential drainage design for Provident Home Builders, a high-end Custom Home Builder in Naples. The project is one of over 100 single family drainage design projects completed by Boral Engineering, Inc. 

Naples, FL. November 5th, 2020

 Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed a drainage study of the five lakes that serve the Valencia Lakes residential development in Collier County. The Valencia Lakes residential development is a gated community of approximately 500 homes. The project included conduction field observations, preparing exhibits and expert inspection reports, analysis of design permit documents and remediation cost estimates for over 40,000 LF of lake banks.

Bonita Springs, FL. October 10th, 2020

 Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed several residential drainage designs for Aqua Dog Pools, a pool construction and maintenance company in Cape Coral. 

Belle Glade, FL. September 18th, 2020

 The new Taco Bell store in Belle Glade designed by Boral Engineering, Inc. has received City Commission approval. A brand new modern building and site improvements are planned. The project is located in the heart of the City of Belle Glade along the State Road. 

Marco Island, FL. July 20th, 2020

 The Royal Marco Point Condominium has received approval from the South Florida Water Management District for site improvements proposed designed by Boral Engineering & Design, Inc. The Royal Marco Point Condominium is within the Hideaway Beach residential development totaling over 200 acres in Marco Island. 

Fort Myers, FL. June 10th, 2020

 Boral Engineering, Inc. has began working on the conceptual site planning of the emergency access road improvements at the Southwest Florida International Airport RSW. The project is managed by Chris-Tel Construction of SWFL.  

Fort Myers, FL. March 30th, 2020

A Special Exception approval for a 3 acre Truck Parking Facility project located in North Fort Myers has been received from Lee County. The project is designed and permitted by Boral Engineering & Design, Inc. The project consists of gated parking for over 70 trucks. Development order approval and FDOT permits are being applied for concurrently.   

Fort Myers, FL. October 20, 2019

Page Field Airport (Lee County Port Authority) in Fort Myers has been approved to construct on their latest Site Improvement project, which was designed, engineered, and permitted by Boral Engineering, Inc. The project adds a concrete area for a Solid Waste Enclosure, as well as additional sidewalks. Boral Engineering, Inc. is glad to have had the opportunity to team up with the Lee County Port Authority on this project. 

Fort Myers, FL. April 16, 2019

 Summit Church on Ben Hill Griffin in Fort Myers has acquired Certificate of Occupancy and officially moved in to their new sanctuary addition, which was engineered and permitted by Boral Engineering. The new sanctuary comfortably seats 515 people with key features including high ceilings, natural lighting, and a large galleria. 

Immokalee, FL. March 17, 2019

  Boral Engineering, Inc. has been given the opportunity partner with the Immokalee Fair Housing Alliance in efforts to provide much needed quality and affordable housing to the farmworker families of Immokalee who are currently living in adverse living conditions. The development site is approximately 9.5 acres, which will contain 130 condo units, along with amenities including a club house, lake, basketball court, laundry, and park areas. The project is being funded by local churches and synagogues who have pooled their funds together to bring this beautiful vision to life. This will be a great step in the right direction for Immokalee, and we can’t wait to see the families move into their new homes. Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed another residential drainage design for BCB Homes, a high-end Southwest Florida Custom Home Builder. The home is on a 1.3 acre property within unincorporated Collier County.  

Naples, FL. October 2, 2018

 Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed another residential drainage design for The Glendale Group, a high-end Southwest Florida Custom Home Builder. The project is 4,100 square foot house with a garage, covered lanai and pool within the City of Naples. This is one of several custom home builders that Boral Engineering has recently worked with. 

Marco Island, FL. August 16, 2018

 As the Engineering Consultant for the Hideaway Beach Club in Marco Island, Boral Engineering, Inc. is responsible for the review and approval for all new single family home construction within the 200+ acre residential community. There are over 100 home sites still to be constructed over the next several years. Hideaway Beach Club is a private high-end community situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. 

Miami Gardens, FL. August 15, 2018

Boral Engineering, Inc. is excited to announce the City of Miami Gardens Site Permit approval for The Dutch Pot Jamaican Drive Thru Restaurant project on NW 2nd Ave. in Miami Gardens, Florida. The project includes a new two story building with drive thru, as well as paving, drainage, and utility infrastructure. This is the second Site Permit obtain for projects in within the City of Miami Gardens limits in the last 12 months. 

Immokalee, FL. February 20, 2017

  Andres Boral participated as one of the panelists during the Immokalee Foundation Career Panel on Friday, February 17th. The Immokalee Foundation works with students in Immokalee, FL through programs focused on education, vocation, and life skills that lead to economic independence. The Immokalee Foundation offers students the tools, opportunities, and encouragement they need to succeed at each level of their education and in their careers. Andres Boral and Dr. Claude Villiers from the Department of Environmental and Civil Engineering at FGCU spoke to students who would like to pursue a career in Civil Engineering.

  The FGCU Alumni Association selected Andres Boral as one of the recipients for a prestigious award called the Soaring Eagles award which recognizes alumni who are successful in their community and their professions. Andres Boral received the Soaring Eagles award at the Cohen Center Ballroom during the Alumni Awards ceremony at Florida Gulf Coast University. The purpose of the Commercial Contractors Council is to discuss meaningful and timely topics affecting the building industry,   

Naples, FL. December 19, 2016

 Boral Engineering, Inc. participated in the Reindeer Run 5k which was held at the Community School of Naples on December 17th, 2016. The Reindeer Run 5k is a featured event of the Collier County Council of Girls on the Run, a network of over 200 councils dedicated to helping girls develop a positive self-image and development through transformational physical activity. The proceeds from the race benefit the Girls on the Run of Collier County.

Punta Gorda, FL. December 10, 2016

Boral Engineering, Inc. has completed the design and permitting for a new Waffle House restaurant to be located on U.S. 41 in the City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte County. The project includes a new restaurant building and associated paving, drainage and utility infrastructure. The permitting included a City of Punta Gorda site development permit and utility permit, an FDOT District 1 driveway and drainage connection permit, and a SWFWMD environmental resource permit. The complete design and permitting was completed in only 2 ½ months.

Naples, FL. December 9, 2016

Boral Engineering, Inc. completed the design and permitting for site modifications to the Pelican Lake Luxury Motor Coach Resort clubhouse tract located in Naples, Collier County. The clubhouse tract is approximately 3 acres and serves almost 300 motor coach sites and is surrounded by a 30+ acre lake. The permitting included a Collier County site development plan amendment. 

Fort Myers, FL. April 11, 2016

Boral Engineering, Inc. participated in the 6th Annual Fast and the Furriest 5k which was held at Hammond Stadium on April 9th, 2016. The Fast and the Furriest 5k is organized by the Gulf Coast Humane Society and participants are allowed to run with their dogs. This event supports the Gulf Coast Humane Society in their mission of finding forever adoptive homes for the pets of Southwest Florida!
